Berbekalkan 7 kerusi Parlimen yang dimenangi olih MCA  melalui undi orang  Melayu Islam dan Melayu UMNO Totok  alih-alih hari ini MCA tunjuk 'lagak' seolah-olah mereka menyumbang 30% dari Kerusi Parlimen yang dimenangi olih Barisan Nasional diseluruh negara.,dengan angkuh dan bongkak 'mengalunkan' suara bahawa mereka bakal menyediakan  100 peguam pilihan mereka untuk menggagalkan 'hudud' dari di laksana samada di negeri mahupun dipusat. Begitulah lantangnya 'manusia' yang 'dijemput; Najib untuk membarisi Barisan Nasional.

Nampaknya kewibawaan pemimpin melayu dari UMNO  seakan tergugat dengan ancaman ini. Samaada Najib berani untuk 'menolak MCA dan Gengnya' dalan mengimplementasikan 'hudud' di Kelantan atau Najib 'berani' menafikan MCA untuk 'kekabinet' kerana tidak sehaluan dengan BN, sama-sama kita lihat 'pertimbangan' Najib.

Kita tengok, siapa main 'play safe' dan 'siapa sebenar-benar 'bermaruah'?.

100 MCA lawyers to fight implementation of hudud

MCA has formed a 100-lawyer team to oppose the implementation of hudud and will also go on roadshows nationwide to brief non-Muslims about the issue, said the party's shariah law and policy implementation chairman.

Gan Ping Sieu (pic), who was also former MCA vice-president said the party will also hold seminars to explain why hudud cannot be implemented.

Gan said Malaysia was a secular nation according to the Federal Constitution, which was drawn up more than 50 years ago when the country was formed.

"MCA has always maintained its stand that it would not support the implementation of hudud law, whether national or regional."

Gan said the implementation of hudud could blow up into a constitutional crisis.

He welcomed the formation of a legal task force by fellow BN component party Gerakan and said MCA was willing to cooperate with them.

"Besides the 100-strong team of lawyers, MCA will also be conducting two seminars in Kuala Lumpur on May 11 and 17," Gan said.

Gan also said that MCA had strongly protested against the formation of a national committee on hudud by Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Datuk Seri Jamil Khir Baharom.

"This implies that Barisan Nasional is in favour of hudud even though it has not been discussed at the coalition's level."

Gan said Muslims as a whole did not reject hudud as God's law, but the question remained of whether hudud was suitable in today's contemporary era. – May 8, 2014.
